Specialty Orders
We love the challenge of specialty orders and look forward to creating something amazing for your guests. Larger cake orders require a conversation with our bakery specialist, and a possible tasting session at our shop. With the special ingredients and additional attention larger custom orders require, please contact us at least 2-weeks before the expected pick-up date.
Smaller orders (to serve less than 12 guests) can usually be put together within a 24 hour period, however, this is not a guarantee. The sooner you contact us, the better our chances are to accommodate you on our custom order schedule. Late orders, or orders placed within 3 days of an event, may be subject to a rush-charge being applied to them.
Onsite Pickup of Cakes
With our new location we now offer a convenient pickup location right in downtown Lancaster. Not only do we have pick up available for our custom order cakes, but we have a limited selection of pre-made cakes ready for purchase from our talented bakers. Stop in today and have a look at what we cooked up. Perhaps we made up special cake that is ideal for you or the family to enjoy as a special treat tonight. Tasty cakes are also a great way to say I love you to your sweetheart “just because”.
Delivery of Cakes
Delivery of a finished, decorated, free standing cake is a difficult process. We take every precaution to guarantee your cake arrives safely to your event. We package extra fondant, buttercreme and decorations so that minor blemishes and bruises can quickly be touched up. Traveling with a cake is always a liability and there may be slight imperfections. We do our best to mitigate these scenarios, however, we can only do so much. We will work with you to be certain your cake arrives safe and you are pleased with the appearance before we leave the premises.
If a cake becomes severely damaged during transport, we will do everything posisble to make it presentable and repair the damage. If you are not completely satisfied with the appearance of your cake after we have repaired it, please speak with us immediately so that we may work with you to find a solution.
